OKX Listing Requirements

OKX Listing Requirements

If you want your digital asset or token to be listed and traded on OKX Exchange, you need to meet certain criteria. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Issuer Details: OKX will check information about the issuer’s legal entity, like their name, registration number, and where they operate. They’ll also look for any risky activities and if there are any negative reports about the issuer.
  2. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT): OKX needs details about directors, owners, and partners to make sure they follow AML and CFT standards. They also check for any negative information about them.
  3. Legal Characteristics: OKX will examine if the proposed digital asset follows legal guidelines, especially regarding anonymity. They’ll also need a legal opinion from a reputable advisor in Singapore.
  4. Business Viability: OKX wants to see if the digital asset has a good business model, track record, and future plans. They’ll also check if the issuer has enough resources and partners.
  5. Technical Capability: OKX will assess the technical skills of the team behind the digital asset by looking at their work and future plans. They may also ask for audit reports on the blockchain.
  6. Market Demand: OKX will see if there’s enough demand for the digital asset by looking at its trading liquidity and market performance.
  7. Token Supply: OKX will review the schedule of minting or locking up tokens to avoid oversupply. They’ll also check if key stakeholders are aligned with the project’s goals.
  8. Listing Status: OKX will check where else the digital asset is listed and how it’s performing on other exchanges.
  9. Communication Transparency: OKX will review the digital asset’s official communication channels to see if they are transparent and engaged with their community.
